Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a verified quality or manufacturing defect (see Warranty below). Once a product has been opened or used, it is ineligible for return out of consideration for personal safety and hygiene.

1-Year Limited Warranty

All Jissbon products come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects and faulty workmanship:
  1. Warranty Period: One (1) year from the original purchase date (proof of purchase required).
  2. Coverage: Faulty materials or workmanship that affect product functionality under normal, recommended use.
  3. Exclusions: Cosmetic wear and tear, damage from misuse or accidents, unauthorized modifications, or issues beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters).
If you discover a defect within this 1-year window, please contact us at service@jissbon.com with:
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Order number or other proof of purchase
  • Photos or short video (if possible) illustrating the defect
We will assess your claim and may repair or replace the product free of charge if the issue is confirmed as a covered defect.

Non-Refundable Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless Jissbon made an error in shipping or determined your product to be defective under the warranty. In such a case, we may cover return shipping or provide a shipping label.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your package arrives damaged or incorrect:
  1. Contact Us Immediately: Email service@jissbon.com within 5-7 days of delivery.
  2. Evidence: Include order details, photos of the damaged package or incorrect product, and any relevant tracking information.
  3. Resolution: We will work with you to repair, replace, or correct the order promptly.

Final Sale Items

Any items marked as “final sale,” promotional giveaways, or other designated non-returnable items cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a confirmed defect.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I return a product I’ve opened and decided I don’t like?
Unfortunately, no. Because these are intimate personal products, once opened, we cannot accept them back for hygiene and safety reasons unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
How do I track my shipment?

What if I accidentally provided the wrong address at checkout?
We’re unable to change shipping addresses once an order is placed. If the package is returned to us, we can re-ship it to the correct address, but you may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
